Absolutely! TRE is a full-stack real estate and property management firm that can help you every step of the way, from investment shopping to collecting the rent check and managing property maintenance.
Do you offer online payment collection and deposits?
Yes! It’s 2022, this is the most reliable method for efficiently collecting rent and late payments.
Should I leave behind my washer and dryer?
Only if you want to be responsible for ongoing repairs and maintenance. If the tenant brings their own equipment, they are responsibile for maintenance and replacement. We encourage property owners not to leave behind equipment that may result in additional costs.
Do I have to pay any management fees if my property is vacant?
Absolutely not! If you’re property is vacant, than we’re working hard to fill it. You only pay when that process is complete.
Can I be involved in the tenant selection process?
No. But you can have confidence in our team to screen and install only quality tenants as much as it is within our power to do so.
How often do you perform inspections?
Every property undergoes an annual renewal inspection before new agreements are signed. We will also conduct routine move-in and move-out inspections to ensure there are no surprises for the new tenant.
How do you handle maintenance requests?
Extremely efficiently and thoroughly. We have a network of over 100 trusted and local vendors. Because of this, we get exclusive access to competitive rates due to the years spent developing these valuable Central Texas vendor relationships.
