Median Sale Price: $465,000 (up 42% from May 2020)
Average Days on Market: 16 (down 33 days from May 2020)
Total Sales Dollar Volume: 2.36 billion (up 116%)
Months of Inventory: .5 months (down from 1.5 months from May 2020)
In short, the Austin Real Estate market is booming and the right time to invest is today.
